DeGrove Surveyors, Inc. has built a reputation as a firm that stresses quality and technical competence no matter the size of the project. All work is performed under the direction of Gordon R. Niles, P.S.M., President, Tom Tracz, P.S.M., Vice-president, Russell T. Smith, P.S.M., Randy L. Tompkins, P.S.M. &; Mr. Niles brings in excess of 20 years as a Land Surveyor and is a Registered Professional in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama. Our P.S.M.’s are intimately aware of the status of all projects and are ultimately responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all client deliverables.

The firm presently offers a wide range of surveying disciplines including Boundary, Aerial, Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, GPS, GIS, Laser Scanning, Mapping, Environmental, Subdivision Design, Cellular / Communications Towers, Utility / Facilities Location, Geodesy, Hazardous Waste, Aerial Images for Legal / Court Presentations, Hydrographic / Marine, Topography, Route, & Planning.

DeGrove is also well aware of the importance of computerization as it relates to the surveying field. Our maps are produced utilizing Autocad and Color Ink Jet & Laser plotters with field crews using Total Stations and Data Collectors, both conventional and Global Positioning System (GPS).

DeGrove was one of the first land surveying firms in Florida to offer GPS. This is undoubtedly the most important advance in surveying technology over the past decade and has allowed DeGrove the ability to become not only more productive but accurate as well.
